Role Overview:

As a Business Relationship Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of driving CalBank’s asset and liability portfolio growth. Your focus will be on digital penetration, trade, forex, and bancassurance while ensuring operations adhere to acceptable loss norms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mobilize deposits from existing and new businesses
• Book quality advances and manage credit processes
•  Drive digital product adoption (CalApp, GHQR, POS, etc.)
• Promote trade, forex, and bancassurance services
• Prepare and present periodic reports

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Management, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking or financial services
• Strong marketing and relationship management skills
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Globus banking software
• In-depth understanding of Retail Credit Policy and loan documentation
•  Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving business growth
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
