Fludor Ghana Limited is looking for an Assistant Manager, Internal Audit.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Review compliance with Company policies and procedures in Financial, Operational & Compliance areas.
• Conduct audits as per the direction of Head of Internal Audit and support in finalization of audit report.
• Report on probable avenues for revenue leakage/loss from audits conducted.
• Assess accountability for the Company’s assets to safeguard against loss.
• Assess the reliability and integrity of financial and other operating controls.
• Support in developing framework on internal controls as assigned
• Supporting Head of Internal Audit in planning and co-ordination of audits
  Education/Skills/Experience
• Chartered Accountant (2 + 3 yrs.) or Bachelor Degree in accounting / finance / costing (4 + 5 yrs.)

• Interpersonal skills & man management/ Strong Communication skills /Analytical mind set/ Computer literacy and IT skills (SAP)
• 4+ years relevant experience. Preferably, in the Agribusiness industry.
• Working in a supervisor’s role
• Cross-Functional experience is an added advantage
