Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Optimization
- Provide supervision for the account optimization team
- Track the activities of the optimization team and provide
guidance in order to increase their success rates - Develop strategies that inform the marketing planning for the team
- Maintain a tracker to ensure timely and effective implementation of strategic action points
Client Acquisition – New Business Development and Marketing
- Develop referrals from current clients and leads from external contacts
- Increase investment inflows to grow the Assets under
management(AUM) - Proactively identify opportunities to promote the company’s products and services
Relationship Management
- Build trust and confidence with clients to identify and address all their financial needs
- Understand and discuss investment performance, economic and market trends with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and experience to clients
- Cross sell and up sell to existing clients
