Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing / Branding
- Overall responsibility for branding, setting-up and coordinating client and stakeholder events on behalf of the firm i.e. AGMs, Webinars, Seminars etc.
- Overall responsibility for corporate identity and brand management
- Develop marketing strategy in line with the company’s objectives
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns
- Oversee the company’s marketing budget
- Provide leadership in the development of strategic partner relationships
- Provide monitoring and evaluation report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns at business meetings
- Work closely with design and PR firms in successfully implementing all relevant activities
Client Services/Experience
- Maintain a regularly updated file of all client information, including complaints and resolution of such complaints
- Ensure that the Complaints manual is regularly updated and adheres to regulatory standards
- Ensure that the Client Services team and other staff assigned with clients, call their assigned clients regularly and in line with the Firm’s established manuals and directives
- Ensure the Client Services team achieve their annual client service/experience survey phone calls target
- Ensure the Client Services team members maintain and/or improve turn-around-time for client transactions / engagements
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing
- 2/3 years Experience in a similar role
