Location: Accra, Ghana

Job Type: Full-time

About Us:

SandBP is a leading professional certification body seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Ghana.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business leads, build relationships with customers, and drive sales growth in the Ghanaian market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales achievement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • To increase our certification user base through targeted Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Ghana
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales alignment and growth
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven sales experience (at least 2 years) in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of the Ghanaian market and business landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
