Job Description

Overview:

As an Intern HR & Admin Officer, you will gain valuable experience in the fields of Human Resources and Administration within our organization. This internship will provide you with practical skills and exposure to various aspects of HR and administrative functions, helping you develop professionally in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in job posting on various platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and interview questions.

2. Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in onboarding processes.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Assist in offboarding processes including exit interviews and documentation.

3. HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Support HR projects such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help in organizing HR events or training programs.

4. Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Manning the frontdesk.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Help in organizing meetings, booking rooms, and preparing meeting agendas.
  • Assist in handling incoming calls and managing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or has a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to team efforts.
