Human Resource Generalist

• A successful candidate must be excellent in performance management and HR Analytics.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 to 5 vears of experience in HRM.
  • BSc in HR / Business Administration.
  • Professional Certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651).
  • Proficiency in Performance
    Management and HR Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
