ACCOUNT OFFICER
A REPUTABLE COMPANY IS LOOKING TO HIRE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare payroll, generate payslips and process statutory payments: Tier 1 & 2, PAYE etc.
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Maintain receivable and payable accounts.
- Manage petty cash transactions.
- Correspond with clients and resolve billing issues, if any.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance/Commerce
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting/finance or related field
- Experience with financial reporting requirements
- Qualified candidate Should live in Tema: Community 10 and its environment
