1. Group Procurement Manager

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• The cost-effectiveness and timely procurement of all materials, consumables, and equipment with local and international suppliers.
• Responsible for the effective management of the warehouse, stores, and logistics.
• Degree or advanced diploma in engineering and commercial management from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS)
• Minimum of 10 years experience as a procurement manager in construction

2. Group Estimating Manager

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Establishing estimating systems, developing estimates, and keeping an updated record of tenders
• Ensure all tenders are submitted on schedule, are competitive, and that the cost database is regularly
• Play a vital role in the bid clarification process, tender pricing, and value engineering of bids and opportunities.
• Min. 20 years post-qualification experience in estimating (mechanical, piping, structural)
• Min. 5 years experience as an estimating manager managing a team of estimators.

3. Planner/Scheduler

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Creates tender schedules and labour and plant histograms as required for submission with tenders.
• Creates project schedules and updates the project plan or programme.
• Submit project progress on the critical path and project milestones. Constant scope reviews and impacts
• Assist with the extension of time and acceleration of projects.
• Technical, engineering, or project management qualifications are required.
• Min. 6 years of planning experience
• Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office
