Job Description
Sparkxx is hiring an Administrative Officer.
The ideal candidate must have A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, a positive and proactive attitude, and experience in the food or snack industry is a plus.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment and inventory.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail Assist in the preparation and management of business documents such as invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Assist in the management of financial records such as petty cash, expenses and budget tracking.
- Coordinate scheduling and booking of meetings, appointments and events.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as require.
