Job Description
Job Summary:
Support Sales Lead and Technical Support Lead to sell Company’s products and services to increase market share
Job Duties:
• Interact with clients to generate sales
• Prepare quotations for clients
• Ascertain the needs of customers, promote the relevant products, and demonstrate clearly how the products work
• Establish the technical needs of the customer and suggest appropriate products.
• Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable
• Follow up with customers and resolve any issues that may arise
• Keep customers informed about new technological products
• Compile proposals and reports related to technical products.
• Ensure that sales targets are consistently met.
• Submit periodic reports on sales made
• Update records of customer communications and contact information.
• Perform any other job-related roles assigned
Education & Experience
• A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to identify and follow up on leads.
• Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
• Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
• Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance
• Knowledge of Remote Sensing and GIS
• Analytical skills
