Career Level Manager
The role holder will be responsible for:
1) Adopting creative means to recruit guards to augment the work of the core recruitment team
2) Identifying training centers in communities in which mass recruitment is done.
3) Supporting with the induction of new recruits.
4) Supporting new recruits to complete their paperwork to ensure a smooth integration following Pass out
The Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of an HND in any discipline.
Ability to comfortably handle field work
Strong persuasive skills
Some sales experience is preferable.
Good verbal communication skills
Able to work under pressure.
Please note that this is not a full time job and remuneration will be paid on a commission basis
