Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist with at least three years of experience to manage our procurement processes and optimize supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement from sourcing to delivery.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Maintain accurate procurement records.
- Use data analysis to improve procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of three years in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
