The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operations support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. From assisting in Customer Service, Business Operations and General Office Administration.
- Answer phones and attend to customer issues with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic.
- Attend to administrative and business operations duties using the company car.
- Any other duties that may seem fit from time to time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Must be able to drive a MANUAL CAR and MUST HAVE a valid DRIVER’S LICENSE.
- Must have IT skills and understand internet connectivity and related service provision.
