General Duties

• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and schedule projects for the various engineering site teams.
• Assessing project requirements.
• Monitor all subcontractors to ensure that they are working according to timing, standards, and specifications.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Prepare shop drawings.
• Prepare materials requests for the teams.
• Prepare Auto Cad drawings for a project.
• Prepare snag lists.
• Communicate changes or modifications of designs to the supervisors for implementation.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Proven work experience in MEP works.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience in the construction industry.
