Job Description

Requirements 

  1. LLB, Juris Doctorate or equivalent course of study from an accredited tertiary institution.
  2. Licensed to practice law in Chana
  3. Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  4. Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  5. Good experience drafting commercial contracts and handling corporate transactions
  6. Excellent communication, legal research and analytical skills
