Job Title: Supply Chain Lead – Ghana
Salary: 120k-240k GH₵ per annum
Mode: In-person

We are looking for a solid candidate who will play a pivotal role in product procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. This individual will be instrumental in developing world-class strategies and systems to improve cost-efficiency, reduce delivery times, develop innovative distribution models, and build sophisticated processes to better manage our inventory.

Non-Negotiables
* 10+ years experience working in supply-chain at retail distribution Startups (Sabi, Wasoko, Trade Depot) or big Multinationals (Coca-cola, Unilever, Amazon)
* Masters degree in operations or Supply Chain Management
* Well-networked within the auto parts distribution industry in Ghana and Africa
* Experience in SAP/ ERP/ESp/APO/ECC systems
* Experience with imports/exports of auto parts or other goods
* Experience negotiating distribution partnerships and pricing with local and global distributors and manufacturers
* Ideally based in Ghana (Accra) to be precise
