We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This is a leadership position that requires a team member who can manage people, processes and materials and has the confidence and knowledge to make critical decisions under pressure.

Roles/ Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day management leadership and expertise to the team members and/or individuals on the day-to-day activities and sales.
• Create and maintain a sales culture, where the customer experience is the top priority.
• Must be ready to train and ensure that all members of his team are delivering good performance and maintain a good relationship with all the clients.
• Work closely with Senior Management and Directors to ensure that the sales processes and performance are optimal; make recommendations and bring initiatives where improvement is needed.
• Execute market strategies with internal and external resources to maximize sales and develop and maintain key customer relationships.
• Pursue market research on construction projects. Conduct sales calls. Schedule promotional work and track sales activities in the assigned geographical territory.
• Create revenue goals for the sales team and provide sales performance reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business/Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a sales Manager in the construction industries (preferably the glazing industry)
• Strong work ethic
• Customer-oriented
• Self-driving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
