We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager for a company in the Manufacturing.

Experience and Qualifications:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
• An MBA in Marketing is a bonus.
• Must have 10-12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
• Experience in management is advantageous.
Requirements:
• Promote the company’s existing brands and introduce new products to the market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipation new marketing opportunities
