Job Description

Descriptive details of the opening are as follows:

  • Handling of phone calls and official correspondence (i.e., emails, SMS, Signal, and WhatsApp messages) and acting as the first point of contact for the firm
  • Reminding the Executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Organising meetings, appointments, and controlling access to the Executive and Senior Partners
  • Executing logistical details including arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing brief reports
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining administrative procedures and systems
  • Liaising with partners, suppliers, and clients
  • Duties may include basic research and other administrative tasks within your expertise as and when may be assigned
