Job Description
Job Summary
A highly regarded Real Estate Company with a dedicated team of professionals is looking for a passionate, committed and highly efficient HR & Administrative Officer responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions. The Candidate will work closely with and report to the HR Manager in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities
· Knowledgeable of various HR functions
· Support in implementation of Company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
· Generate and prepare reports and presentations when required.
· Actively contribute to staffing functions
· Support in training and development programs.
· Knowledgeable in Ghana Labour Law and the Company’s policies and procedures.
· Provide information and assistance to staff on human resource related issues.
· Monitor and report on scheduled absences and time offs.
· Organize, update and manage employee records/data.
· Conduct HR audits when required.
· Support in implementing effective onboarding strategies
· Perform any other duty the role may demand or as instructed by Supervisor.
Qualifications and Competencies
· Must be fluent in written and oral English
· Must have a degree in Human Resource Management
· Proven minimum 2-year experience in HR
· Must have excellent computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly efficient level.
· Effective spoken and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, handle documentation.
· Must have excellent administrative and organizational skills
· Good interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.
