Job Description

An ultramodern hospital located at Amasaman is recruiting for the role: Growth and Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and Execute Growth & Marketing initiatives

Manage Patient Experience and Feedback

Coordinate and Manage Specialist Clinics

Procure Hospital Supplies including drugs

Lead Strategic Projects

Experience and Education:
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement, Project Management or Hospital Administration.

2 years plus relevant experience in operations management and/or marketing

Salary: Competitive

Location: Applicant must be living around Achimota, Pokuase or Amansaman
