Job Purpose: To drive the business operation towards success through the effective management of accounts, lead conversion, negotiation and sales of educational enrolments to support the business academic objectives.
● Develop and manage client accounts
● Utilize customer service for effective conversion
● Follow up on leads and convert them to accounts
● Provide service /product presentations for customers.
● Assist with digital tutorial for new enrolments
● Act as a mediator between the organization and the trainees/students
● Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
● Convert, follow up and close 60% of new enrolment accounts/request
● Meet expected target/ objectives
● Provide other duties as assigned.
● Minimum of a degree in related studies
● Minimum of two years work experience
● Good negotiation, selling and customer service skills
● Good telephone skills
● Good writing skills
● Good presentation and organizational skills
● Ability to convert and close accounts with a track record is a plus
