A reputable company,Sunda International is seeks qualified candidates for the position of Customer Service Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY
Customer service supervisor needed to manage and process distributor sales and problems as well as enforce the policies of the company.

Job Description
1. Guide and direct customer service team towards achieving the department operational goals.

2. Ensure that customer service team has excellent communication, and professional phone etiquette skills for achieving customer satisfaction.

3. Develop standard procedures and policies for improving the service provided to customers.

4. Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner.

5. Maintain documentation pertaining to customers cheque, sales order and other related customer records.

Qualification and Requirements:
-Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– 4 years Experience with the building materials industry is a plus.
