Job Description
 Selling products to customers.
 Taking care of product displays.
 Handling customer queries and ensuring best customer service.
 Promoting various sales schemes of the company to increase sales
 Taking care of inventory in the section in order to control shrinkage.
 Responsible to assist in offloading and accounting of stocks.
 Promote sales of Melcom Super Saver cards.
 Conduct regular perpetual inventory for the stocks in the section handled by the individual.
 Reduce damages and ensure expiry /dented checks are done for products every week.
 Ensure sales targets are met. Daily update of target vs achievement.
 Ensure the section is kept neat and clean at all times.
 Ensure customers are taken care off
 Responsible for losses arising out of damages, shortages, expiry at store level.
 Give product feedback to store managers.
 Highlight products being demanded by consumers.
 Follow company rules and recognition.
 Ensure no mobile phones are used when on floor.
Required Skills or Experience
 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
