VACANCY FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
We need a Customer Service Manager for our building materials department. The manager has a role of overseeing the sales floor of a retail operation and responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
He should be a detailed oriented individual who can keep track of multiple projects at once while still meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards product in the showroom.
JOB RESPONSIBILIES
· Implementing internal controls relating to financial and retail operation
· Ensure the security of staff and show room is maintained and safe
· Top-notch training and mentoring skills.
· Responsible for all warehouse and logistics management
· Analyze the sales order report and report on both sales and margin to the Branch Manager
· Prepare and review the reports by evaluating the financial and operational records
· coordinating staff, maintaining cleanliness, budgeting, and arranging merchandise.
· Responsible for brand promotion through the use of social media
· Follow up to ensure that printed goods are delivered and on time
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing and its related field
· 5-8 years’ experience in marketing and sales management
· Should have managed a Sales (customer service) team for about 3 years.
· More than three years’ experience in building materials and sales management
· Top-notch training and mentoring skills.
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Fluent Oral English and excellent written English
· Good in Excel and Microsoft word
