Vaal Real Estate Ghana is looking to hire the services of a Call Center Agent.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complains.
• providing clients with the organization’s services and products information
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints and action taken.
• Following up complicated customer calls where required.

Qualification

• 2 years experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with other in close manner
• Speaking English, Twi and Hausa fluently
