Job Description

Position: Administrative Officer – Procurement

Company: Octoglow Ghana Limited

Location: Tema Free zones Enclave

To provide administrative support to the business and purchasing all materials,
stationery and tools for the offices and site teams whiles ensuring efficient use.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops purchasing plans for all equipment, services, and office supplies.
• Sources for products and services by conducting market research for making purchasing
decisions.
• Reviews and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options for cost effective
purchases.
• Negotiates with vendors the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
• Ensures vendors meet service level agreements with regards to delivery time and quality.
• Maintains records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Develops and maintains relationship with suppliers for easy facilitation of procurement.
• Ensures that office stationery is available and coordination of supplier to various users.
• Monitors and maintains stock reorder levels.
• Collates all requests for office stationery and tools from users.

Technical Competencies:
• Professional Degree, preferably in Procurement from a recognised institution.
