Job Description

Support with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process of a brand
  • Assist with performance management and monthly payroll
  • Attendance and leave management
  • Act as a business partner to a brand

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of First Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline (Professional Certification is an added advantage)
  • In-depth in the Labor Laws of Ghana and how to apply them in business operations
  •  Must be a cultural steward
  • Above 2 years of related experience
  •  Good communicator, Versatile, Self – discipline, and exhibits the right kind of attitude at all times
