HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER – ACCRA
A luxury ready-to-wear brand designed for women is hiring a Human Resource (HR) Manager. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing all aspects of Human Resources to ensure the success and growth of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding high-calibre candidates.
- Performance Management and Development: Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage and administer the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
- HR Operations and Compliance: Oversee HR operational activities, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and recordkeeping and ensure compliance with Labour laws.
Required skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related softwares.
