Job Description



We are looking for an efficient HR coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative duties.

This role is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of HR processes. Provides administrative support as needed to clients.


  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and walk in to HR or Administration.
  • Organize or coordinate employee training sessions, meetings, workshops, activities and any special event.
  • Maintain employee files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
  • Responds to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provides assistance
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job posting on websites, reviewing CVs, performing telephone screenings, scheduling of interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations
  • Understands the organization’s policies, able to explain others and enforce them.
  • Ensures that mandatory forms are completed by new hires
  • Maintain Employee Handbook with updates, and pertinent information, as needed.
  • Processes employee terminations by conducting exit interviews and tracking of employee turnover rate.
  • Conducts extensive amount of research, does analysis and reports results to manager
  • Assists in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
  • Support in other functions as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a first degree from any credible university
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience, preferably in HR.
  • Must have a strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint The Person
  • Must pay attention to detail in all areas of work
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be highly analytical
    Must be able to manage multiple tasks without compromising quality
  • Must have high interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to have difficult conversations
  • Must be approachable, personable and have a pleasant demeanor.
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Must have the ability to handle sensitive issues
  • Must be able to operate most standard office equipment
    Must be able to establish priority and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to compose, type and proof read materials, with good to excellent grammar and written communication skills.
