Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Front Desk, Administration, and Human Resource Executive to join our team. This multifaceted role involves managing the front desk operations, overseeing administrative and human resource functions, and serving as a personal assistant to the partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

Administrative Functions:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.

Human Resource Functions:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
  • Manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new hires.

Personal Assistant to Partners:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the partners.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, calendar management, and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Friendly, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation

  • Negotiable salary based on level of proven experience
  • Meals, Personal and Dependents Healthcare, Life Insurance, Call Credit and Data.
