We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to handle all financial aspects of our company. This includes managing budgets, financial reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with the General Finance Manager to provide guidance and supervision for the Finance and Accounts department, playing a key role in business planning, budgeting, and capital expenditure processes.

They will ensure effective financial systems and regulations are in place and prepare financial statements accurately and timely for decision-making and financial integrity within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAG, ACCA)
• Minimum of 8 years of finance/accounting experience, including managerial roles.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills are essential.
• Proficiency in financial software and regulatory compliance is necessary.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities are vital for team collaboration.
