Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Engineering & Projects Lead at Mansa Engineering Limited. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects and leading a team. The day-to-day tasks include managing the project lifecycle, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables are met, and providing technical expertise. This is an on-site role located in Accra, Ghana. Workscope will cover Business Development, Engineering Leadership, Project Management. Local Content Coordination among other leadership functions.

Qualifications

• Engineering Management and Project Management skills
• Business Development & Sales experience is a plus
• Professional membership or accreditation eg. PM is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in software development and integration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  Experience in the oil and gas, mining, or energy industries
