Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Customer Service Executive at Ederick Limited located in La. As a Customer Service Executive, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer support and satisfaction, managing customer service operations, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing product information and support.
Educational Background and Experience:
- HND or First Degree.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service

- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills

- Experience in the home appliance industry is a plus
