A reputable IT firm seeks to hire a Customer Service Assistant
- Handle customer complaints by recording them on the Service Request Form and forwarding them to the Customer Services Director (CSD).
- Track and follow-up all customer service requests in a timely manner and submit a periodic report to CSD.
- Discuss feedback from customers with CSD
- Perform customer follow-ups by visit and/or telephone calls and email to ensure satisfaction with and acceptance of the jobs done and response to any other requests they have made.
- Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Assist CSD in the preparation of Proforma Invoices, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other letters/proposals for Customers as may be required.
- Undertake reception duties, as and when required1.
