Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Tema, Accra- Ghana

A reputable IT firm seeks to hire a Customer Service Assistant

DUTIES:

  • Handle customer complaints by recording them on the Service Request Form and forwarding them to the Customer Services Director (CSD).
  • Track and follow-up all customer service requests in a timely manner and submit a periodic report to CSD.
  • Discuss feedback from customers with CSD
  • Perform customer follow-ups by visit and/or telephone calls and email to ensure satisfaction with and acceptance of the jobs done and response to any other requests they have made.
  •  Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Assist CSD in the preparation of Proforma Invoices, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other letters/proposals for Customers as may be required.
  • Undertake reception duties, as and when required1.
