A reputable clinic and wellness facility with the goal to provide preventative healthcare solutions and recovery support (fast-acting vitamin injections and IV therapies) is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Location: East Legon

Salary: GHC 2,500 plus attractive commission on all sales made

Responsibilities

• Potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new market initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities.
• Implementing reforms that will improve the customer experience and attract new customers.
•  Finding and developing new market areas and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
•  Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Training personnel to help them sharpen their communication skills and improve customer experience.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
•  Experience in sales, marketing, or any other related field.
•  Strong communication skills. Both written and verbal.
•  IT proficiency. Must be able to use Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
•  Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects.
•  Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
