RG Estate Management Company is hiring an assistant Accounts Officer –
Location: Kwabenya-Accra
Educational Qualification/Experience
• A degree in Accounting OR related.
• At least, two (2) years of relevant experience in the
accounting profession.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Responsible for the maintaining books of account.
• Ensure prompt processing of all invoices when they are received from Suppliers or Service Providers and the prompt payment thereon.
• Prepare weekly reports on cash and bank balances to the Accounts Manager through the Assistant Accounts Manager.
• Ensure prompt posting of all entries onto the Tally for all operations.
• Liaise with the Estate Management staff to ensure prompt invoicing for all rental income, Processing Fees and Property Management Fees.
• Assist the Assistant Accounts Manager with monthly, quarterly and year-end reports and preparation for audit and budget preparation.
• Ensure prompt and proper filing of all documentation.
• Ensure proper management of and account for all expenditure.
• Prepare billings for service charge.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Management accounts.
• Prepare quarterly reports on rental income.
• Shall carry out Monthly Bank Reconciliations by 5th of each month.
• Carry out weekly inter branch ledger reconciliations
• Any other duties that may be reasonably expected of an Accounts Officer.
