- Generate Sales Leads and Convert them into Contract awards and Purchase Orders
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present Everpro Products, Services and Offerings.
- Produce exceptional tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each client and produce the best possible on behalf of Everpro Co. Ltd.
- Organize product training and roadshows for customers within an assigned territory periodically.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationship with key decision makers and innovation leaders in the industry
- Lead the Sales team for an extensive, professional and persistent follow-ups for Contract Awards and Purchase Orders
- Scouting of Opportunities, and tracking of prospective projects within the Oil and Gas, Mining, etc
- Set clear short-term/ long-term goals to maximize performance of sales team
- Develop and execute strategic Sales and Marketing plans and contribute to product development and OEM partnership roadmaps.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Prepare Weekly Report, Monthly Report, and Annual Report to General Manager
- Must Strictly adher and carry out any other role or directive that is given him/her by General Manager
