Job Description
We seeking to recruit a smart and talented young graduate to fill an Administrative Officer role in a reputable firm.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will handle invoicing, manage calendars, prepare reports, process payments, and perform general administrative tasks.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Accounting or related field.
- Must be a recent graduate who has just completed National Service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in invoicing will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
