Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant who would ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Duties of the Administrative Executive include providing support to consultants, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
Degree in English, Linguistics and/or related Disciplines
Excellent English Communication (Written and Spoken and Presentation Skills required Excellent background in Information Technology, Microsoft Office Suit, Social Media, Trainable and adjust well to all types of working environments Excellent Customer Relations, Report Writing, Office Management Excellent Team Player and ability to work independently.
