Job Description:

Administrative and Finance Manager

1. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures

2. Recruit and train personnel including but not limited to interns

3. Staff performance appraisal and coaching

4. Manage inventory of supplies, schedules and deadlines

5. Ensures operations adhere to policies and regulations

6. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

7. Overseeing the preparation of online and print marketing campaigns

Finance Manager

To be executed together with the General Accountant

1. Keeping financial records and preparing financial reports

2. Developing structures for our account’s division

3. Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents

4. Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations

5. Identify and address financial problems and opportunities for the company

6. Analyze current and past financial data, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue

 

Candidate must possess great attention to detail, should be good at business writing, and with the utmost ability of meeting timelines, even at short notice.
