ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Job Description
• Daily Manufacturing entries
• Purchase entries
• Stock transfer entries
• Spares maintenance
• Factory staff attendance
• Consumable/factory items purchased and monitoring
• Normal loss /Abnormal loss Reporting
• Physical stock verification and matching with the system
Required Skills or Experience
- A degree holder
- Must have at least 2 years of working experience in a similar environment
- Fluent in English
- Must be computer literate
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of tally will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proven work experience as an account’s administrator
- Advanced knowledge of MS office and accounting software
