Issue invoices to customers in a timely manner

 Contact customers about overdue invoices.

 Issue monthly customer statements

 Process cash and cheque receipts

 Recommend bad debt write-offs.

 Match accounts payable documents

 Pay suppliers when due.

 Reconcile supplier statements.

 Create financial statements.

 Run payroll.

 Complete required tax forms in a timely manner

 Any other function required to undertake broadly in line with above functions.

 Other duties:

 Keep colleagues appraised of developments in own area as appropriate.

 Contribute to staff meetings, and other internal meetings with appropriate content, views
