Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recording daily financial transactions of the organization.
2. Maintaining financial records and preparing reconciliations.
3. Ensuring that accurate information for current and new employees: is reflected in the payroll database, verifying and providing inputs regarding data and pay change
4. Assisting with purchasing duties as assigned.
5. Provide monthly analysis of the businesses’ sales figures;
6. make inferences and advice on future outcomes and company expenditure.
7. Preparing accounts and tax returns
8. Auditing financial information
9. Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries, and financial statements.
10. Financial forecasting and risk analysis
11. Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills or Experience

1. Proficient in computer use.
2. Knowledge of accounting software
3. Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
4. Excellent command of the English language.
