Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recording daily financial transactions of the organization.
- Maintaining financial records and preparing reconciliations.
- Ensuring that accurate information for current and new employees: is reflected in the payroll database, verifying and providing inputs regarding data and pay change
- Assisting with purchasing duties as assigned.
- Provide monthly analysis of the businesses’ sales figures;
- make inferences and advice on future outcomes and company expenditure.
- Preparing accounts and tax returns
- Auditing financial information
- Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries, and financial statements.
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis
- Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills or Experience
- Proficient in computer use.
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent command of the English language.
