Through my personal initiative, I generated a database for customers using Microsoft Access to enhance the distribution of ATM Cards, Cheque books. I was able to distribute over a thousand cheque books that piled.

I coordinated the activities of the various marketing executives and ensured cooperation such that we were able to reduce the period of debt collection, and also increased the territory covered by the company by about 10%. Working closely with the Director, we were able to reduce pilferage, leakages, and untraceable stocks by about 90% through the generation of Job cards, receipt books for accounting.

Bella Luxury Hotel is a Three Star Hotel located on the Spintex road. It offers its cherished customers luxurious living and value for money. I attended to customers, served them food and drinks. Handled the cash and expenses of the bar until I rendered accounts at the end of the week. This equipped me with human and customer service skills, stock management, and accounting skills. As front desk manager, I liaised between Management and other departments, which comprises receptionists, kitchen staff, and laundry personnel, and support these departments whenever someone is off duty. Reports showed that the services rendered by the Hotel within this period showed great results as compared to the previous years.
