Job Description

Requirements 

LLB, Juris Doctorate or equivalent course of study from an accredited tertiary institution. 

Master’s Degree would be a plus.

Licensed to practice law in Ghana

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in law practice, with minimum 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven experience in corporate, transactional and regulatory work. Experience in the oil and gas industry would be a plus.

Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts and agreements and providing agile solutions for business success

Strong understanding of legislative requirements and compliance considerations in the oil and gas industry
