Job Title: Administrative and Sales Assistant


Location: Tse-Addo, Labadi –Accra  (Applicants must live within or close to Tse-Addo)
Job Type:
 Full-Time


Salary: GHC 1,200 – GHC 1,500 (depending on experience)

The company is looking for a highly organised and motivated Administrative and Sales Assistant to join their dynamic team. This dual-role position will involve both administrative tasks and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling phone calls and emails.
  2. Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and preparing sales reports.
  3. Coordinate logistics for the delivery of goods and services.
  4. Stock taking
  5. Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and quotes.
  6. Support the team in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  7. Assist with customer follow-ups and post-sales support.
  8. Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient office operations.
  9. Ensure the show room and office is clean at all times. 


Qualifications and Skills


  1. Previous experience in an administrative or sales role is a plus. (Applicants should have at least 6 months and above experience in administrative or relevant role).
  2. Should have a minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
  6. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
  7. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
