Job Title: Administrative and Sales Assistant
Location: Tse-Addo, Labadi –Accra (Applicants must live within or close to Tse-Addo)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: GHC 1,200 – GHC 1,500 (depending on experience)

The company is looking for a highly organised and motivated Administrative and Sales Assistant to join their dynamic team. This dual-role position will involve both administrative tasks and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling phone calls and emails.
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and preparing sales reports.
- Coordinate logistics for the delivery of goods and services.
- Stock taking
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and quotes.
- Support the team in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Assist with customer follow-ups and post-sales support.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient office operations.
- Ensure the show room and office is clean at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales role is a plus. (Applicants should have at least 6 months and above experience in administrative or relevant role).
- Should have a minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
