Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy & Risk Associate to join our Strategy and Risk Management team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives while ensuring a proactive approach to risk assessment and management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans.
  • Assist in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Participate in the formulation and evaluation of business strategies, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the company’s competitive position.

Risk Assessment and Management:

  • Support risk assessment processes to identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, and financial risks.
  • Work with the Risk Management team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, policies, and procedures.
  •  Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and assist in the development of risk reports for management review.

3. Business Process Improvement:

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process enhancements, automation, and alignment with strategic objectives.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  •  Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, key performance indicators, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

  •  Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for strategic initiatives and risk management efforts.
  • Foster strong relationships across the organization to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on strategic and risk-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy development, risk management, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  •  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
